Spectrum

“Spectrum” is an Initiative that focuses on the development of entrepreneurship in Sri Lanka.10 Exchange participants (EPs) will join hands with this project who will be placed in partner- companies founded by entrepreneurs where the EPs would have a learning experience which will enhance their knowledge. In return, they would contribute to the company’s development, contributing to market expansion, operations and products and services enhancement.

Activities

Business planning In here the interns will have to help the companies to make a business plan for an area they have not reached yet. This consists of few primary steps.

2.Market research-objectives, strategies and tactics

      • Promotion
3.Risk analysis
4.Other researches and reports required

•   Time period :-   1st September to 31st October     2013
                              1st November to 31stDecember   2013
                              1st January to 31st February       2014
                              1st March to 31st April               2014
                              (6 weeks to 8 weeks)

•   Learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship:-

    Improvement in Training Skills & presentation skills, Experience in Entrepreneurship, 

    Improvement in Economical Knowledge.

•   Number of EP’s :- 10 (each time period )
