SRI LANKA NEEDS EMPOWERED WOMEN! The country, which is undergoing a rapid phase of development, is in need of WOMEN to save the day!!! Do you DARE to take up the challenge of molding the next generation of empowered women in the country? then “[S]heros”  is for you! [S]heros is a school based initiative, focusing on empowering the female school student on Career Path development,Skill Profile Development,Personality Development and Crisis Mitigation. You will be handling school based sessions concluded by the [S]heros conference' , addressing the issue of low female labor force participation in Sri Lanka, empowering girls to take that chance!

Main objective:
To develop skills , personalities , attitudes of school and University students.
